The overly ambitious goals of this blog are as follows:
- Journal about the food I eat every day (both breakfast & lunch)
- Track and Photograph each day’s meals – along with a brief description of what the items are.
I say that this is overly ambitious for several reasons. They are:
- It requires me to plan and photograph my meals the night before (you know, in between cooking and laundry and playing with DD- I have loads of time for this).
- It requires me to actually purchase a Bento Box. Or to cobble together something like that to make due for now.
Since I am starting this today – I have no photo. Here, however, is a brief description of my meals:
Breakfast –
Kashi Go-Lean Crunch Cereal w/ Milk & Banana
Lunch –
Pasta – with Butter & Salt
Water
Hard Candy (X2)
